This is an exciting and varied role for a Marketing Executive who wants to work with the market leading juice and smoothie bar chain in the dynamic, competitive world of food and beverage retail. As Marketing Executive with a national retail company you will be an ambassador for the brand and use all your endeavour to create happy loyal regular customers. Through developing an understanding of our product, our customers and our brand you will oversee marketing, social media and sales promotion activity that translates directly into retaining existing and creating future regular customers. A hybrid role based from our HQ in Cork you will support our 23 stores nationwide.
This customer focused role involves:
- Responsibility for the creation and delivery of marketing and sales promotion activity at both a national and each local store level.
- Monitor and develop the brands visual identity throughout the company
- Manage the companies’ social media and website activity.
- Copy write and review advertising, marketing, and social media campaigns and materials
- Liaise closely with shopping centre marketing teams to gain maximum exposure for our brand within their social media outlets and marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage our app, customer email database and email marketing communications.
- Oversee & grow our loyalty programme.
- Manage sponsorship and PR activity and queries.
- Manage and develop all instore promotional materials and POS
- Review category and product performance and make recommendations
- Contribute to new product development initiatives
- Handle customer feedback, complaints and queries.
- Gather market and customer insight and intelligence that can be shared within the business
- Develop an Internal marketing strategy to share and develop the brand story and message to all internal staff working in the business.
- Represent the brand at ad hoc promotional and tradeshow events
- Store Visits to ensure adherence to marketing and brand activity; to gather feedback and identify opportunities.
- Manage and promote our cold pressed bottled range online through our e-commerce site and in retail and foodservice stores nationwide. Liaise with all stakeholders on production planning and stock levels.
- Flexibility to undertake other duties to support the business as and when required

- A strong natural communicator regardless of setting
- Ability to think creatively and generate solutions
- Positive “Can Do” attitude
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with ability to multi-task
- A results driven self-starter with a high level of energy, self-motivation and attention to detail.
- Computer literate with proficient knowledge of MS Office and social media channels. Proficiency in Photoshop or similar an advantage but not required.
- Flexibility around travel and overnight stays.
- Graduate degree in Retail Marketing, Food Marketing, Business or Communications.
- 2 years + experience ideally in retail marketing or experience from a general marketing, sales promotion or social media role.
