Q: How long does delivery take?

Our delivery is handled by DPD and is usually completed within 4 working days. Please note delays may happen due to Bank Holidays.

Q: Is there a delivery charge?

There is a set delivery charge of €7 for every order placed under 30kg/30litres (typically 120 bottles). Any order above that weight is seen as a second order.

Q: I am missing items, what do I do?

We are sorry your order wasn't what you expected. Please contact orders@jumpjuicebar.com with details and we can get this sorted for you!

Q: Are there hidden ingredients in your products?

Absolutely not, everything we list is all we put in, nothing added, nothing taken away!

Q: How many calories are in each juice or smoothie?

Every drink has a different amount of calories, but you can view this in the product detail.

Q: I have allergies, can I drink your juices and smoothies?

All of our cold pressed juices and smoothies are: * GLUTEN-FREE * DAIRY-FREE * ADDITIVE-FREE * 100% VEGAN

Q: How do I prepare for a juice cleanse?

As with anything in life, preparation is key! To ensure the most successful cleanse possible, we always recommend preparing your body accordingly. Our Juice Cleanse page offers a guideline on timings of when to consume your juices, smoothies, and protein balls to (try to) ensure you don't get hungry throughout your cleanse. As a general rule, however we recommend in the day(s) leading up to your cleanse, begin to cut-out animal products, meats, refined/processed sugars, alcohol, coffee, etc., and completely avoid these items (if possible) the day before you cleanse. If you are craving a hot drink during your cleanse, opt for a herbal tea or a simple hot water and fresh lemon slice over a tea or coffee.
